Last year members of the Amish community, and on lookers across the globe, were shocked when two brothers were tried for the rape of their 12 year old sister. The handling of the case is enraging and this week we discuss the the case itself, the Amish community, activist groups trying to make a change within the law of sexual offences and why the criminal justice system can often be flawed.
