Description

On this weeks episode, I sit down and have a conversation with Brad Seltzer. Mr. Seltzer has been teaching AP government and AP US history for several years now. He plays a big role in high school kids understanding of politics, being that this is the first time that many learn about such topic outside of their own home. Seltzer discusses how it is important for kids to learn about such a topic about politics around the age of 16 or 17, so when the time comes to vote, those kids can make an informed decision. He is a teacher who has been able to cope with the ever changing world of COVID and has made strives to help his students during this difficult time for all. Despite just being a teacher, Mr. Seltzer try to extend his knowledge in other ways. He puts a large emphasis on books to try and better his knowledge all around. Trying to keep the mind stimulated as much as possible. In this episode we discuss what is is like being a teacher, how to deal with adversity in the class room, and taking "Marshal Law" over your mind. Mr. Seltzer is a prime example of a hard worker. He even states that he makes sure he re-writes his lesson plans every year that way he can adjust his teaching to the new wave of students coming in. I hope y'all can acquire some wisdom from Mr. Seltzer and as always, Keep On Keeping On...
