So many people in Jesus’ day missed Him – and in our day too. Why was that? Many had certain expectations in their minds as to what to expect with the Messiah. But Simeon and Anna paid close attention to the Word of God and the promises of God. They didn’t miss Jesus. And – they didn’t believe in Jesus because they saw Him, they saw Him as Messiah because they believed.
