Description

Today we are so excited to have a conversation with Dr. Tiphany Hall, Chief Growth Officer of Aesthetic Record. In this episode we dive into her past and how her upbringing had a bearing on the drive and grit she developed over the years. In addition, we talked about how as a practice, aesthetic businesses need to be thinking at least 10 years ahead so that they will not be in a deficit when opportunity arises. Further, we talked about "white gloving" patient care and becoming a true leader in your practice while transitioning your patients to another injector for optimal growth and business positioning for an exit. In addition, standard Operating Procedures was another topic touched upon and we talked about the importance of having systems and processes so that a business runs like a well oiled machine. Moreover, we talked about technology, how this helps a practice and how electronic charting lowers liability and increases accountability in a practice. This is an episode not to be missed and there are so many business nuggets! If you learned something, would you mind leaving a review and sharing with a friend? Until next time!
