Born into a family of immigrant entrepreneurs, Dr. Kelishadi discusses his love of cars, science and how much his mother influenced his early years. He speaks of understanding how he wanted to be a surgeon in the 7th grade and how in college he really narrowed it down to plastic surgery. In this episode he also talks about what he does to get ready for surgery and how he treats each day as training towards the playoffs. He also talks how important it is to stay healthy, fit and drama free when you are given the heavy responsibility of changing someone's life through cosmetic surgery.
Further, he notably gets into the dark side of being an entrepreneur, the lack of support from "friends", the lost years and how it is extremely important to have a partner that backs you and is almost as crazy as you. In addition, he talks about the importance of dreaming, and surrounding yourself with people who truly believe in you.

Dr. Sean Kelishadi received his undergraduate degree at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. After receiving his B.S. in biology and chemistry, he continued his education at the University of Tennessee-Memphis College of Medicine in Memphis, TN. Upon receiving his medical degree from UTCOM, he served his general surgery residency at the University of Maryland and the prestigious Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore, MD. Later, he served his plastic surgery residency at the University of Louisville, in Louisville, KY. Following the completion of his plastic surgery residency, Dr. Kelishadi relocated to the West Coast, where he founded SSK Plastic Surgery.
