I get fired UP in this one ya’ll! Loving your body has absolutely nothing to do with your shape, size, or weight. You can love your body no matter what it looks like!
Here’s what I touch on in this episode:
- Listen to your body. It talks to you all day and will tell you what it needs if you learn to listen.
- Feed your body well and pay attention to how you feel when you eat certain foods.
- Respect your cycle. Don’t expect the same level of energy all month long.
- Track your cycle it is life-changing! Women were created to live cyclicly!
- Develop a gratitude practice around your body. You can do nothing without your body so remember to thank it!
- NO ONE has the right to comment on your body PERIOD.
- Buy and wear the clothes that make you feel the most like you. Your size does not determine what type of clothing you are allowed to wear. If you feel good, then wear it girl.
- Nothing changes by shaming yourself.
- Other people’s ignorance is not your problem.
Your bodies are beautiful, strong, and AMAZING!! You’re a goddess! Don’t ever forget it!!
