JD is a division II wrestling All-American from the great state of West Virginia (West Liberty). He has experience coaching at the high school and college level. At this point he has coached multiple national qualifiers and all-Americans. He runs Mater Lakes Prep Wrestling program and the Golden Bear Wrestling Club with former teammate Brandon Nefield. He also coaches at St. Thomas University a NAIA school in Florida. I’m grateful to have this conversation with JD:
