This week, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) declared an Emergency Use Authorization for the COVID-19 Pfizer vaccine for adolescents, aged 12 to 15 years old. This is a significant development given that many younger secondary school students were heretofore ineligible to receive vaccinations against COVID-19.
