This time on The Blind Rage Podcast, it’s Bobby Ray Shafer in the 1993 cult classic PSYCHO COP RETURNS, a movie that is pure entertainment from the very first frame, which includes a slow-motion shot of our anti-hero lifting a coffee cup to his lips. It’s not high-art, nor does it pretend to be. It’s a thin story with lots of blood, guts, sex, and violence, everything that made straight-to-video features from this era great.
