Kelly Henning is the Senior Director of Operations at MedAvail Technologies. She is responsible for staffing and operating SpotRx Pharmacies inside primary care clinics and deploying MedCenter kiosks to large retailers and health systems across 6 states. Kelly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from National-Louis University and is certified as by the American Board of Opticianry and National Contact Lens Examiners. Prior to joining MedAvail, she was a Health & Wellness Director for Walmart and Senior Director of Eyecare for Luxottica where she led teams, drove initiatives, and trained thousands of associates. Kelly is passionate about developing people and hyper-focused on continuous improvement. She is always looking to challenge herself and those around her to look for new and improved ways to grow the business.
