Dr. Sonia Oskouei is the Vice President of Biosimilars for Cardinal Health. She leads the company’s biosimilar strategy and leverages an enterprise perspective to maximize the value of biosimilars to enhance patient access, improve outcomes, and lower healthcare costs. Prior to joining Cardinal, Dr. Oskouei served as the Vice President of Innovation and Digital Health at Premier Inc. where she led their national biosimilars strategy on behalf of 4,000 hospitals and 175,000 other providers. She also served as a Corporate Supervisor for Pharmacy Purchasing and Procurement for Novant Health. Dr. Oskouei holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Belmont University and is a Board Certified Medical Affairs Specialist by the ACMA (Accreditation Council for Medical Affairs). She is an established thought leader with numerous publications and currently serves on the Board of Advisors for the Center for Biosimilars.
