Description

Ian Weichardt is a "northern lad" from Yorkshire. His passion in life is to entertain, educate and tell stories. He is an actor, writer, children’s entertainer, educational practitioner and owner of a successful children’s entertainment business, Mr Ruffles Parties. Most notable acting performances are for the Olivier nominated play The Miser at the Garrick Theatre, West End, T.V. roles in Holby City, Coronation Street, Doctors and D.C.I. Banks, film roles for Razors and Freak of Nurture and BBC Radio 4 drama Fragments. He runs Mr. Ruffles Parties which offers entertainment for children of all ages and any occassion. As a children’s entertainer Ian has performed internationally and for various celebrity events.
