Will Naylor has a super relatable story. A 2 sport varsity athlete in a prestigious high school conference. Played baseball at a mid-level D1 program (Radford University). Pretty much maximized his physical and genetic gifts in college. When his athletic career stopped after college graduation, he suddenly found himself on his ass having to interview for entry level jobs in “the real world.”
Will did the “entry level, commission based sales job” thing, the “paper equity partner in a startup” program, and the “ultra corporate sales job” thing. He’s navigated a very common path for athletes.
Part of Will’s success in sport originated from his genuine search for prestige that came from being an athlete. His struggle transitioning after sport derived from the struggle in finding passion or even interest in the process of learning new skill sets for things outside of athletics.
Now that he has come out other side of the “struggle”, Will currently runs Elite Mental Game, a mental coaching program for athletes with a former CIA polygrapher and certified hypnotherapist. Helping many high school and college programs with mental approaches to their game; and to life.
