Tamar is a kickass woman who I met at an IG community event. She is a lecturer and hosts workshops for networking and branding though her real passion lies in promoting equality at workplaces and help women to establish themselves in higher positions. We had a great conversation about what prevents someone from being where they want to be and asking for what they deserve, among other things.
