Kristin Brooke is an author and poet whose social media following exploded after completing speaker training with her mentor, Les Brown. Through this specialized training, Kristin Brooke was able to use the power of her voice after overcoming sexual assault to uplift and encourage those that have been through trauma to not give up on themselves. After liberating herself from her own fears, through dedication and changing her mindset with mentor and coach, Jon Talarico, Kristin Brooke began to act on all the dreams she imagined and was dedicated to write, speak, and entertain. She is also an Extreme Execution coach with ET The Hip Hop Preacher.
She started her career in hospitality sales in the Greater Lansing area of Michigan soon after obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Michigan State University. During her career she was the staf member that was excited and willing to speak with news media about local events and controversy. She enjoys leading and connecting with people, as shown by her leadership as board member and past chairperson of Southfield Young Professionals and memberships with several Michigan Chambers of Commerce, Michigan Business Travel Association. Kristin Brooke has ability to inspire audiences with message when she publicly shares her story.
Kristin Brooke is now connecting with audiences online with guest appearances on podcasts like Suspect with Katie and Hannah, and Star Changers with Kathy White. She also has her very own podcast called The Coeur in which she speaks with her guests about inspiring and motivating stories.
Her love for writing and speaking developed at an early age as she won contests like America and Me, delivered her class’ eighth grade graduation poem, and spoke to a room full network marketing leaders at the age of 12. She has written many poems and competed in poetry competition through the International Society of Poets.
