Jess Fox represents Australia in canoe slalom in both kayaking (K1) and canoe (C1) events. In 2018, Jess became the greatest paddler of all time, after surpassing both her mother and father’s records in the sport, to now hold 7 world championship titles. Jess is currently preparing for her third Olympics in Tokyo, after winning Silver in London, and Bronze in Rio 2016. Jess is down to earth, genuine, and incredibly humble about everything she has achieved. Jess shares some really unique insights into how she prepares and adapts to unknowns that lie ahead of her, and what she has learnt from moments of failure, in order to bounce back to achieve the ultimate success.
