From the day Olivia Vivian was born, doctors told her shewould never play sport. But, while she was born with a hole in her diaphragm, she was also born not to believe in limitations.

So at 19 years old, Liv represented Australia as a gymnastat the 2008 Olympics and has gone on to have an illustriouscareer as a World Champion Ninja Warrior, and 4-time Guinness World record holder.

Liv opens up about her journey through a toxic gymnasticsculture in Australia and how she found peace with sharing her story with the world. We hope you enjoy this episode.
