🌝FULL MOON💥Embrace & Release, Illuminate! Do Camel Pose!

This 5th phase of the cycle reminds us to release what is no longer serving us and embrace what is. We are challenged to be our authentic selves, to remember we are the light. We are illuminating just like the sun that shines on the moon.

This is a great time to practice heart openers in your yoga practice.

I’m obsessed with the moon and her magical glory! Most of us are familiar with the concept of setting your intentions with the New Moon or how the Full Moon makes some of us wild! But did you know there’s 8 moon cycles in a month and specific ways for you to use the energy of the moon to manifest the life you want? The moon teaches us patience and wisdom. This episode is a nice introduction to the moon!

Phases of the Moon

The 8 phases (in order) are:
1. New moon YANG
2. Waxing Crescent YIN
3. First Quarter YANG
4. Waxing Gibbous YIN
5. Full moon YANG
6. Waning Gibbous YIN
7. Third Quarter YANG
8. Waning Crescent YIN
