Although Bikram Yoga is Hot, it’s not necessarily the same as today’s “Hot Yoga” which encompasses all yoga that’s in a hot room. With Bikram once being the most popular hot yoga discipline, today it’s ingenious sequence and style has unfortunately been overshadowed by controversy in the Bikram community. Nonetheless, Hot Yoga can be an amazing addition to your personal yoga journey. I harp a bit too long on the importance of staying hydrated, but it’s one of those minor details that can completely hinder your practice and ultimately your experience.
