YOGA CLASS: 45 Min Bedtime No Down Dog Yoga Class. This class is a perfect way to ease into your bedtime routine. Beginners welcome! Enjoy this soothing practice that has no down dogs! However, it does have a few squats or (Garland) Malasana Poses instead so grab a block or blanket and lets get started!
