Description

In honor of the 1st new moon of the new year, let us together, build beautiful energy with Moon Salutations.  This is a popular sequence, to be done before bed as it will calm your body down.  You can do the same sequence several times in a row, you can move with one breath per movement or you can hold postures for several breaths.  I take you through 20 minutes, opening up with breath.  Remember to add your final resting pose at the end, Savasana or Legs up the Wall.  To further calm your body down and relax.
