YOGA CLASS: 75 Min Yoga Class. This extended practice focuses on the Breath & Inversions, bringing the head below heart. You have an option to do Dolphin Headstand as well. Enjoy this class & all its challenges. Make the appropriate modifications & variations as you deem suitable for your body. Be mindful if you have high blood pressure.
