After 10 years of working as a journalist for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, he moved with his family to South East Asia. Based in Ubud, Bali, in 2013 he launched the highly successful Hubud, a groundbreaking co-working space that was a leader in the remote working and digital nomad movement (and one of the first places in Asia to accept Bitcoin payments!).In 2015, he moved back to Canada, and became the director of operations at Mobio Interactive, a start-up specializing in mobile health apps, and oversaw the launch of Wildflowers, a mindfulness meditation app. In 2017 he became director of communications at Canada C3, and In early 2018 he changed his focus to blockchain and cryptocurrency, VP operations with Argo Blockchain, and today, the CEO.
