Tonight ,on The Bow ,we have do exclusive about THE INHERITANCE:Who is next?We talk with a legal practicioner Mr Ebuka Agbo about the UN SDG Goal 1.No Poverty. and target 1.4 under that goal that ensures that by 2030 women have equal rights and access to property and inheritance.This comes as Abia State Government of Nigeria (a few days ago), domesticated this.However,we at The Bow push for this target to be achieved and we urge parents and hisbands especially to include their female children /wives/women in their will(the portfolio=the holdings,the securities and assets). However,as we all at THE BOW drive for equity and inclusion,we strongly frown at the act of forging a husbands signature inorder to forcefully inherit assets (no matter if the man is dead or alive).This is not just covetousness but forgry( a serious crime).
