1.The right of disclosure of goods and services.
2.The right to giving information in plain and understandable manner. 3.The right to adequate trade description.
4.The right to disclosure to second hand and a reconditioned good.
5.The right to be given adequate information of every transaction.
6.The right to cancel advance reservation.
7.The right to reject goods before completing transaction.
8.The right to goods corresponding with sample and description.
9.The right to reject goods (due to bad nature or poor description or due to defect or due to harmful nature). 10.The right to get to know any misleading/false information about a good or service.
11.The right to notify a consumer about how to use product(warranty). 12.The right of quality service.
13.The right to safe and quality goods. Nigerian consumers dont fight for their rights due to their thoughts that the process is a:
Waste of time.
Why fight for quality(let the products under quality not harm another person).
