In today's episode I talk about how there will always be someone better than you in any aspect of life. This applies to fitness as well. Many people have been working out since they were 15 years old and have years of experience. When the person next to you benches more than you, squats more than you, or runs faster than you, you will understand you still have a long ways to go. Staying humble allows you to be grateful for how far you have came and stay motivated to keep improving.
