Today’s guest is somebody who I had the pleasure of working for, and who I hold in high regard, both personally and professionally. Kieran Scarff is assistant manager at Peterborough Utd football club and joins us to discuss his career across a number of roles within the professional game. We talk about the academy system, leadership (both as a number one, and number two), transferable skills and his more recent role within the senior game. Kieran has vast experience as an academy manager, but nevertheless, some incredible insights and lots of learning to take away no matter what your role within the game.
