Escapism is one of the more common ways in which we choose to deal with our problems. It takes different forms for each of us and can keep us in an endless loop of ignoring our problems hoping by the time we start paying attention to things they'll have gone away. In this episode, our hosts dive into escapism; what it means, and what it looks like in our day-to-day lives. They also explore the different ways in which we can recognize when we're 'hiding' and steps that we can take to deal with our problems actively. Being aware of when and why we're trying to escape our problems can result in us being more present and actually living in the moment rather than just existing for an imagined future.
