The reason for this discussion is to help those the suffer from anxiety about going to hell can have some factual information about the idea, where it came from and why a doctrine was created. While you may not get beyond the emotional toll this concept has reeked on you very quickly, at least you can begin a logical and rational journey away from this fear. Study and knowledge are always the beginning of overcoming the negative indoctrination of religion.
