In this episode, I have a conversation with Phuong-Thao, a somatic practitioner and embodiment coach who supports WoC in set boundaries, reconnecting to their bodies, voices & worthiness.
We dive into topics around trauma, including the different types of trauma, how trauma can manifest in our bodies, and how we can complete the incomplete emotional processes in our bodies to heal from trauma. We also talk about setting boundaries, learning to say no, and how to overcome our limiting beliefs!
