We all know that change is the only constant, and change will continue to accelerate. If we wait for change to take us by surprise, or unprepared for change, then it becomes difficult to navigate the change successfully. Organizations have gone under because of their inability to be ready for change.

When we build our change muscles through readiness and positioning ourselves to pivot with whatever change comes our way, we are in a better position to weather the storms of change, ride the waves of change and stabilize through the change.
