During times of change, disruption, adversity, and chaos, we may be tempted to focus on what we are going through rather than what we are going to. When we focus on the future, the possibilities, then we can navigate the challenges life throws at us more effectively. I have always reminded those I come into contact with to focus on the possibilities around them because the mindset of the possibility thinker drives focused energy and triggers consistent action.
