Conformity is about adjusting your beliefs, attitudes, or behaviors to align with a group’s norms, expectations, or societal standards. It occurs due to a deep desire for acceptance, fear of rejection, or the belief that others are more knowledgeable.
Conformity is causing you to let go your personal values, belief, goals just to fit in. There is nothing wrong with conformity provided it is not causing you to do things that violate your personal beliefs and values.
