In this week’s episode, I am joined by not only a friend but a Project Family mentor who shares her experience as being the only STEM girl in her grade during high school, and the pressures of now being a Cinema Media Studies major. Since we are both non-STEM majors, we discuss being looked down upon for being an Asian-American student that is straying away from the grain to do their own thing. Though it can be scary to switch and follow what you want to do, Chloe and I advice that you will regret it even more if you don’t make a change now as you will be haunted by your decision later on.
