Justification is the aspect of salvation where we are declared righteous by God—Romans 3:20-26
Sanctification is the aspect of salvation where we are set apart for God and are being made holy by God.—Is. 6:8; Rev. 4:8; 1 Peter 1:16
Glorification is that aspect of salvation where God makes us like himself—Rom. 8:30; 1 John 3:2
Election is that aspect of salvation that describes God as the initiator of covenant with his people; salvation is based on his unconditional choice—Deut. 7:7-8; Romans 9:16
Predestination is that aspect of salvation that emphasizes God’s sovereignty, foreknowledge, and choice in his saving work—Romans 8:28-30
Regeneration is that aspect of salvation where God grants life to the dead sinner—John 3:3; Eph. 2:1-10
Redemption is that aspect of salvation whereby God buys/purchases us for salvation—1 Peter 1:13-19; Eph. 1; Rom. 3:21-26
Reconciliation is that aspect of salvation where enemies of God are given peace with God—2 Corinthians 5:16-21
Union with Christ is that aspect of salvation where we are brought into relationship with Christ—John 14:18-20; 17:22-23
Adoption is that aspect of salvation where God makes us a part of his family—Romans 8:14-17
Perseverance is that aspect of salvation whereby God keeps us saved—John 10:27-30
