-The Lord was Davis’s shield
-The Lord was Davis’s glory.
-The Lord is sovereign.
*David’s defense includes prayer.

What do we do when our world is in a state of chaos?
-Recognize our chaos.
Turn a deaf ear to the enemy or the adversity.
-Remember, our only defense is the Lord.
