This episode of Swim Talk A2B features Avery Adams. [content timeline follows]
Avery hails from Kentucky where he got his first head swim coach job at the Palomar Hills Piranhas summer swim team. Since that first dip in the coaching pool, his coaching credentials have carried him to multiple positions in Kentucky, including the University of Kentucky, Wildcat Aquatics, Lakeside Seahawks, as well as coaching positions with several USA Zone and National Select Camps. For the past 7 years he has called South Carolina home. His latest ventures established Elevate Coaching Services and the Performance Swim Academy, also in Charleston, where he focuses on delivering not only coaching but tangible, transformative results, working with teams, LSCs, individual swimmers of all ages, and families, as well as international teams and governing bodies.
