In this conclusion to a fun and wide-ranging visit with Pat, we hear about how to take the reins of an interim coaching position without disrupting the flow and general scheme of things while still elevating and enhancing the program until the new coach arrives. We also venture into an enjoyable discussion of general coaching philosophies, focusing on the really important non-technical aspects of coaching and teaching, considering more extensively the consideration and critical value of teaching life lessons, and top it off with why we need to treat our jobs as a PROFESSION, and acting and presenting ourselves likewise.
