Today I’m joined by a friend and colleague I’ve had the pleasure of working with for a few years now in varying capacities. Heather Coss is the Co-Founder of Crossroads Aging Care Professionals here in Santa Fe, NM.
Heather's been working with elders in our community for a number of years. The type of work she and Crossroads Aging Professionals do has a very wide array of touch points when it comes to enabling folks to age safely in the setting they prefer while maximizing quality of life and independence on the journey.
It's certainly true that many of the scenarios and hurdles we come upon as we age are really a crossroads in nature. The challenge of making the best choices for us and our loved ones isn’t always clear and can certainly feel overwhelming. Enter Heather and her team at Crossroads.
