Crazy work is hiring someone because they know how to do something then spending your time trying to convince them they don’t know how to do the very thing you hired them to do. That’s not leadership.
That’s insecurity disguised as oversight. If every idea has to be changed until it sounds like yours, you didn’t hire expertise, you hired an echo. You hired their expertise. Stop arguing with it.
