This week on ISD, the guys are joined by Phillip "The Ability" Carter. Phillip is a competing body builder but with a twist, he ha cerebral palsy. From being born 2 months early, to having his life in a wheel chair, then on canes, and now competing in body building competitions, Phil has pushed through and has become the inspiration he is today.
On this episode, we talked about his daily thoughts regarding cerebral palsy, the mindset he uses to defeat it, RYSE Fitness, porn, BME olympics, and whippings from our parents.
