The next challenge is to form sentences that are easy to understand for your students, easy to remember for you, but also clear, concise, accurate, and inclusive.

For that you need to have knowledge of three things:

• a wide variety of yogic vocabulary
• connotations and associations in terms of inclusivity and trauma-informed language
• accurate and effective grammar structures for asana classes
