Description

Imposter syndrome is an emotional circumstance in which you believe your achievements, skills, knowledge, or experience aren’t real or valuable.

For yoga teachers this often comes down to self-doubt or lack of confidence. These obstacles are complex and very psychological, but not impossible to overcome.

In this episode I help you go back to the root reason of your imposter syndrome and how it could lead to serious procrastination and what you can do to analyse it to overcome it so that you can finally take action and work on achieving your teaching career goals.
