This week, we will sit down with Dr. Tasha Égalite, a Learning and Content Coordinator for the U.S. Department of Education.
On this episode, we will hear about Tasha’s beginnings in the education field as well as her work as a Migrant Education Support Staff member for the Yukon-Koyukuk School District in Alaska. In this role, Tasha approached her work by listening and learning, leading with respect for stakeholders’ cultures, needs, and ways of living.
