Description

This week, we will sit down with Paul Howey, a Roving Strength and Conditioning Coach with the Atlanta Braves.

On this episode, we will learn about Paul’s journey to working in Major League Baseball, first with the Seattle Mariners organization and now the Atlanta Braves. As you will hear, Paul’s work is very context-driven and flexible, depending on myriad factors such as travel demands, weather, the wear-and-tear of the 162-game season, and meeting the needs of each individual player with whom he works.
