Michael Nelson has been an entrepreneur since starting his first company at age 29. After losing his first company during the “Dot-Bomb”, he started his second company vowing to do it differently. This time he decided to do long-range planning, set goals and work toward accomplishing them. The business was successful and grew steadily. In this episode Michael talks about the importance of setting goals, reviewing them often, self-awareness, and having an accountability partner for every part of your life.
Michael is the author of Goals That Matter, owner of TLC tech, and Ultra-marathoner. Through trial and error, he realized that achieving his goals required regular review and high accountability, developing the system now known as Goals That Matter, and he’s excited to help others find their success.
