The last couple of episodes, we've talked about being in relationship with other folks. This episode, we want to talk about being in relationship with ourselves, and how healing truly changes the way that we show up for ourselves and for others.
Pastor Jerry Flowers said: "healed people see different, healed people think different" It’s a powerful statement that we came to unpack today, among other things:
People are out here, using yesterday's pain as today's perspective.
Seeing things through the lens of your own pain.
Learning to see things through the lens of your own healing.
Join us as we discuss the importance of letting go of the perspective of our past wounds and embracing the healing process. Acknowledging and addressing past traumas helps break free from denial and allows for a more fulfilling future.
