We always hear the words “Face your fear” or “Just do it.” However, like most things, confronting our fear is easier said than done. But here’s the good news: we can indeed learn to face our fears. In today’s episode, we talk about the origin of our fears, how fear manifests in who we are, and how we can navigate through it.

What if I don't get what I want?
What if I don't succeed?

What if I'm not enough?
What if I get rejected?
What if I get judged?

It can be really scary! But the more you do it, the easier it becomes
Your fear of what’s beyond the confrontation
Navigating fear [17:25]
Understanding that fear is OKAY
Even if you don’t do it now, you will have to eventually. So why not do it on your own terms?

Confronting your fear can lead you to your purpose
Fear never goes away. It won’t and can’t change—but your mindset, whether to face it or avoid it, can.
