In this episode! I talk about healing and being broken. I also talk about what it means to be broken, and shared tips on how you can heal, while your healing and transitioning in your BROKENESS. I have to agree, that we are all or have been broken in our LIVES, at some point. Sometimes people suffer in their brokenness forever, without ever healing from their past hurt and pains. This can continue to lead, to a life of unhappiness and more damage on so many level in your life. Not many want to heal or try to, but there are many who do want to heal, and don't know how to take the first steps to healing, letting go and moving on to a better and happier version of themselves.
