 Holistic wellness is based upon a holistic diet. A holistic diet is a diet that helps us not only to work but also to survive.  The type of food we eat affects our thoughts and overall mental health, and our emotional health is the result of our mental health which directly affects our physical health. A holistic diet builds and maintains your whole health i.e. physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health. Always remember when you are mentally and emotionally healthy your physical and spiritual health will always be holistic. Whenever you try to maintain a balance between your holistic diet and lifestyle, mindful eating always helps you. Mindful eating has its own roots in mindfulness, and therefore instead of following a strict diet, always plan with what? , when? , and how? to eat, you have learned how to make every eating decision for yourself.
